ProVerity was awarded Mission Oriented Business Integrated Services (MOBIS) Schedule GS-10F-0210X effective 26 April 2011.
The ProVerity GSA MOBIS Schedule is a streamlined procurement vehicle available to Federal agencies and other organizations for obtaining services and products from pre-qualified vendors. GSA has completed the Federally mandated contracting requirements normally required prior to obtaining services.
Under a MOBIS schedule contract all qualified government agencies can set up delivery orders or Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) for the following schedule of items (SIN).
SIN 874-1, 874-1RC: Consulting Services
ProVerity shall provide expert advice, assistance, guidance, and counseling in support of agencies’ management, organizational, and business improvement efforts. This includes studies, analyses, and reports documenting any proposed developmental, consultative, or implementation efforts. Examples of consultation include strategic, business, and action planning; systems alignment; cycle time; high performance work; leadership systems; performance measures and indicators; process and productivity improvement; organizational assessments, and program audits and evaluations.

Subject Matter Expert 2
Description: Recognized at the industry level in a technical field or specialized organizational, training or management area. Applies experience, skills, and expert knowledge within a specific discipline. Generates unique concepts as evidenced by synthesis of new products or processes. Serves as technical expert in the subject area. Education requirement for the SME II is a Bachelor’s degree plus 15 years of demonstrated experience within the specified technical field or specialized skill area.
Subject Matter Expert 1
Description: Recognized at the industry level in a technical field or specialized organizational, training or management area. Applies experience, skills, and expert knowledge within a specific discipline. Generates unique concepts as evidenced by synthesis of new products or processes. Serves as technical expert in the subject area. Education requirement for the SME I is a Bachelor’s degree plus 10 years of demonstrated experience within the specified technical field or specialized skill area.
Program Manager 1
Description: Provides planning, direction, and coordination functions of a designated project to ensure contract performance requirements and objectives are accomplished. Manages staff, budget, prioritization, and other contractual matters. Responsible for setting and attaining budget, schedule, and performance standards. Monitors and controls expenditures within limitations of project budget. Acts as the single focal point for planning and execution of task orders awarded. May serve as the primary point of contact for the Customer. Oversees all work and takes corrective action as necessary to ensure project success. May also serve as the technical lead. Education requirement for the Program Manager I is a Bachelor’s degree plus at least 7 years of experience with 5 years planning and managing operational projects and budgets.
Senior Consultant 2
Description: Possesses demonstrated knowledge, experience, and ability in the development of solutions, recommendations, or outcomes across multiple complex tasks and/or organizations. Evaluates options in the context of project objectives and contributes to the implementation of strategic direction. Supports project objectives through activities such as conducting interviews, gathering data, and developing recommendations in support of project objectives. Directs the activities of Consultants or other staff as necessary. Education requirement for a Senior Consultant II is a Bachelor’s degree plus 7 years’ experience with at least 2 years of relevant experience at the Consultant II level or a Master’s degree plus 3 years’ experience with at least 1 year of relevant experience at the Consultant II level.
Senior Consultant 1
Description: Possesses demonstrated knowledge, experience, and ability in the development of solutions, recommendations, or outcomes across multiple complex tasks and/or organizations. Evaluates options in the context of project objectives and contributes to the implementation of strategic direction. Supports project objectives through activities such as conducting interviews, gathering data, and developing recommendations in support of project objectives. Directs the activities of Consultants or other staff as necessary. Education requirement for a Senior Consultant I is a Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years’ experience with at least 2 years of relevant experience at the Consultant II level or a Master’s degree plus 2 years’ experience with at least 1 year of relevant experience at the Consultant II level.
Analyst 2
Description: Possesses knowledge of applying analytic methodologies and principles to address client’s needs. Supports analyst functions including data collection, interviewing, data modeling, project testing, and creation of performance measurements to support project objectives. Conducts activities in support of project team objectives. Education requirement for an Analyst II is a Bachelor’s degree plus 3 years’ experience.
Analyst 1
Description: Possesses knowledge of applying analytic methodologies and principles to address client’s needs. Supports analyst functions including data collection, interviewing, data modeling, project testing, and creation of performance measurements to support project objectives. Conducts activities in support of project team objectives. Education requirement for an Analyst I is a Bachelor’s degree plus 1 year experience.
